Driving Directions to Pavones from San Jose
Pavones is a 7 hour drive from San Jose. Take the Pan-Am Highway south to Rio Claro, go right. The "beach road"
is getting better and is option to the Pan-Am Highway. Make a left turn at the Rodeo Bar, which is the entrance to the ferry.
Another option is to go straight at Rio Claro, through Paso Canoas and left at Conte. This way bypasses the ferry, you will be on the
road to Pavones, always bearing right unless signs say otherwise. However, make sure to go left at the fork in the road after Conte.
When reaching Pavones, take the beach road one mile. Look for our sign and gate.
